Marketing Coordinator – part time

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and passionate individual to join our wealth management business as a Marketing Coordinator on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take our brand to our chosen markets and work alongside our consultant, an international creative agency. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for assisting and delivering on all the marketing initiatives for the firm including the production of collateral, communication channels, event management, database management and key stakeholder management.

About the role

  • 2-3 full time days per week, hours flexible

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of the firm’s marketing plan and communications program
  • Co-ordinate with key stakeholders including senior management, event partners, printers, copywriters and web designers
  • Production of all marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers and other branded material
  • Production, distribution and analytics review of EDM campaigns
  • Maintain the newsletter subscriber database
  • Oversee the day-to-day update of the website and company LinkedIn page, including posting of news items and update to content
  • Report on website and communication analytics
  • Co-ordinate firm events and oversee external contractors
  • Work closely with the firm’s Public Relations consultant
  • Monthly reporting to the Board on all marketing activities

Skills and Experience

  • Educational qualification in the marketing discipline
  • Experience in financial services would be advantageous
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritise and manage multiple tasks and contractors concurrently, on time and on budget
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Website CMS experience
  • Experience with the following graphic design programs: Adobe InDesign (intermediate to advanced competency), Adobe Illustrator (intermediate to advanced competency), Adobe Photoshop (intermediate to advanced competency), Campaign Monitor (intermediate competency), Google Analytics (basic competency)
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferable
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office suite
