The Program 

We have a strong focus on continuous improvement both as individuals and as a business. As part of our career development program, structured training and support is provided and you will have the opportunity to work closely with and be mentored by senior management with a depth of sophisticated wealth, specialist advice and management experience. Analysts are encouraged to undertake further postgraduate study to expand their skill set and further their careers within the business.

As a team member, you will have a diverse role across different aspects of our business, working with people throughout our entire organisation – from recent Graduates up to Managing Partner. It’s about a journey of professional pursuits, through which we help guide your professional endeavours and long-term career ambitions. 

About you

We are seeking recent graduates or final year students of a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting or Law, and: 

  • Have a genuine interest in markets, economics, and wealth advice 

  • Possess strong analytical skills 

  • Demonstrate clear, logical thinking 

  • Are inquisitive 

  • Are able to develop rapport with colleagues and clients 

  • Are well-rounded with extra-curricular interests
